What's the procedure to update the searchable list? Is it regularly maintained?

I'm involved with three amateur radio repeaters that are in Washington State, Island County and hosted by the SCARC.
Not listed:
147.360 + 127.3 W7PIG
223.880 - 103.5 W7PIG
and this one is listed, but shown with an incorrect call sign and tone
441.050 + 103.5 W7PIG

I updated the database, could use more info like location and output tones.
