Need a little help. Purchased the BCD996P2 and the Free Scan version 2.18 software will not recognize the scanner. Is there another version required or ???? Thanks in advance for your help.

What version of Windows is your computer running? It is most likely the USB drivers causing your problem

No problem. Enjoying my BCD996P2 here as well. Also using Windows7 and Proscan...
