Seem to have found a repeater running NXDN Digital Voice.
454.6125 heard in the downtown Bellevue Area.

I'm guessing this is Icom operating under their WPVN320 paging license. It's part of a multi-site IDAS system.
The Area bit is set to 0. This is site 4, whose SiteType is 1, which DSD says is wide area (2 is middle area).

I've only heard TG 1 so far, and only 10 radios on that TG. TG 1's home repater is 30. Not sure what freq that is. On TG 1 is one of the shuttles that goes from the airport to the downtown hotels and cruise docks. Bus numbers range from 154-163.

454.1875 (Ch=1, SiteType=2, Site#=3) and 454.3375 (Ch=2, SiteType=2, Site#=3) might be related.

The only thing was that Mike posted that from 2010 when Icom was still near downtown. Now they're out in Redmond. Not sure that is still them..? I wouldn't think their signal would be that strong from Redmond.

I wouldn't say it's super strong but it is definitely strong from Downtown Bellevue

Could be on Cougar for all I know. Might be time for Wilrobnson to dig out that DF rig again.

I switched over to 454.1875 and I'm seeing it ID itself as "Area=0 SiteType=2 (middle area) Site#=3" and Ch=1. I first noted that freq in SLU and it seemed pretty strong there too. Right now 454.1875 is coming in stronger than 454.6125. IDAS doesn't do sysids, and there's no traffic yet so we'll see.

Edit: Appears to be the same buses again.

Ah okay... THIS signal... yeah I've heard this from my location many times but nothing is showing up for me in DSD+ ...

Sure it's NXDN? It's full-quieting to SE Bellevue.

Ah finally ... it's registering IDAS hits now...

I never said NXDN Image

Not much traffic. Maybe 100 voice hits in 3.5 days. I'm sure once we find repeater 30 we'll see more traffic. BTW this is what the output looks like:
Code:
2015/06/09  14:02:49  Current site:  3
2015/06/09  14:14:17  Group call; TG=30-1  RID=30-4  Ch=1  1s
2015/06/09  14:14:33  Group call; TG=30-1  RID=30-4  Ch=1  3s
2015/06/09  14:21:24  Current site:  3
Apparently the number before the dash is the home repeater and the number after it is the RID/TG. I wish more of DSD's output was documented with the program.

It's an iDAS multi-site trunking system; proprietary flavor of NXDN, but should still decode in conventional if it's not encrypted.

11998252 CalPortland, not sure of geographic area, possibly Seattle
11998253 CalPortland Pierce County
11998254 CalPortland Everett
11998255 Not positive this is CalPortland since there was little traffic and no radios that crossed over
11998256 CalPortland, geographic area covers Seattle, Kenmore and wherever Simons Hill is.
11998257 Could be CalPortland as well

Hearing aircraft with the call sign Omaha on LERN up over Thurston county. A quick google search shows that as a CBP aircraft.
