Some new freqs to note:

CENTRAL WHIDBEY FIRE (FIRE 5) is now using 155.745 (100.0 hz PL), simulcast, four site, FB2 . . . no longer on 154.355.

Deception Pass State Park now using: 159.3225 (R), DCS is 125.

Camano amateur 2-Meter repeater is using: 147.360 (127.3 hz PL ).

And I can also see some recent licensing activity with Sno Co PUD on a new VHF system (MoTOTRBO ?) utilizing 153.530, 151.595, 153.665, 153.725, on Camano, and 151.6025 in Clinton.

The Snobomish PUD system is definitely Mototrbo...

It was putting out a very strong beacon signal...

Looks like they're still building it out.

On Sunday, 153.53 would send out a few idle bursts and then ID itself as KIP598 every half hour. That's an interesting license--there's only one mobile input for three repeater frequencies. It's a Capacity Plus (trunked) system using color code 3.

I assume 153.695 is also related; it's licensed under (among other callsigns) WQOM277. It too was active on Sunday and then vanished early Monday morning. It was bursting every 5 sec or so; another Capacity Plus system but using CC 4.

Can also see where Whidbey General Hospital has resurrected the old legacy HEAR Channel - again using 156.7 hz PL Tone.

Finally, some traffic on 153.53.
