I did check it out. It's for real and run by the BNSF. I have already received my offical ID card --- however I will have to supply my own gun, badge and hand cuffs. I just have to get my hand cuffs back from my girl friend --- Jodi. LOL :D :D :D As for the phishing or use of any personal information -- BNSF officals have informed me directly that any information gathered from Citizens for Rail Security registration is used only for the purposes for which it was solicited and is governed by BNSF's Internet privacy policy, which is at http://www.bnsf.com/privacy_policy.html.
