Found this site thru some diggin around on the AAR web site: http://www.aar.com/aar_rf_ms_info.php

If you click on the migration schedule you can see the migration dates for the UP Seattle line. It looks to be 10/1/2011. I guess we won't be able to monitor AAR freqs any longer...

Only if they go digital.
Even then, it will be unencrypted.

I'm thinking an NXDN / IDAS radio is in my future...

I'm thinking they will be analog for quite some time after narrowbanding around here.

The AAR hasn't actually made the announcement about their plan for digital...yes, I know CSX back east is using NXDN for company ops, but not for interchange...
