Any other home brewers here?

Yeah, for a couple of decades now. What can I say, I'm German and it's in my blood (BAC:). Hell, as a toddler I was weaned on Malzbier.... no joke. My life long pursuit is to formulate the perfect Bavarian hefeweizen, or wheat beer. I grow my own Hallertau Hops (essential for this style), and yes, it's all about the yeast. I'm the jackass you see at the store, holding beer up to the light. Only on rare occasion, do I drink beer without sediment.

If your in the Seattle area, stop by the Prost Pub, and then Bottleworks on your way home.

What style do you brew?

Anything that Sam Adams brews is always good. My personal domestic preferences lean towards Saranac and Long Trail. Rolling Rock works when you want to have a few and not get too lit.

Generally scotch ales... started by doing Guinness copies and got bored with those...

Been kinda lazy the last year however...
