Can anybody in the Whatcom County area confirm if the Sheriff's Department has switched from a tone of 118.8 to 85.4 on the main dispatch channel (453.3250), or is this tone used to bring up a different repeater?

Location: Whatcom Co.

The tone was changed some time late summer early fall. All radios were repogrammed with the new tone. There is also a new repeater "named" in the radios. To the best of my knowledge though, the new repeater is not up.
