The FCC odered KHSS FM to relocate from Walla Walla to Athena -- but remain on 100.7 with an increase to Class C-2 -- from class C-3. However KWRL - La Grande, OR -- now on 99.9 will be moving to 92.9 to make room for KQFM Hermiston -- which will have to move to 100.1 from 100.5 to allow the KHSS upgrade. New channels at Arlington, OR -- 106.9 C-2, Monument, OR gets 103.9 C-1, Prairie City, OR gets 99 9 C, Prineville, OR gets a third station on 101.3 C-1 and Weiser, Idado gets a Non-commercial / educational station on 97.3 C-1.
