The Fleet Week Navy and Coast Guard vessels have all departed, but here are some of what I was able to catch;

162.3250 N293 - US COAST GUARD NET 111
164.3125 N293 - US COAST GUARD NET 115
301.9100 - Unknown wide-band data
352.4000 - Unknown wide-band data
389.1375 N056 - Simplex, secure
389.1875 - Simplex
391.4750 N016 - Simplex, secure
395.2500 N016 - Simplex, secure
411.7875 N293 - US Coast Guard NET 402
411.8875 N293 - US Coast Guard NET ?
415.1625 N186 - Unknown, secure

The 300 and 400 MHz channels appear to be used by the Navy and Coast Guard vessels while they were in town. There were Canadian Navy and Army Corps of Engineers on location as well, but no comms heard from them other than marine channels.

Lots of traffic on marine channels, including 13, 16, 21,22, and 81. Channel 13 was all the bridge operators doing bridge lifts.

many times the NAC will be the same as the ship # for some of their Shore/Simplex Ops

Best WAG is USS John S McCain (DDG 56) for 389.1375

Thanks - I noticed that trend when I was last in San Diego. I caught lots of P-25 simplex traffic on various 380-400 MHz frequencies with various NACs on each one. I wasn't sure of the relationship between the NAC and any particular ship.
