WPFA653 - OREGON, STATE OF - Frequencies 150.7750 and 150.7900 assigned to the Oregon State Health Authority. I heard from a little birdie that they are looking to set up a base station in Portland. Likely related to the COVID-19 response.

I've been keeping an ear on those and other VHF and UHF MEDCOM channels for anything unusual.
