156.550 Amazon Lifeguard, which is the contract EMS provider Amazon uses for all their buildings, but last I checked, they don't have anything in Eugene...oh wait, duh its the pool...ha.

It would appear that the Idagon 900mhz TRS here in PDX has been abandoned. Control channel is there but no one is home.

I was trying to steer my trunk88 setup over to it, but couldn't get a good decode on it from home. I think they moved the last of the stragglers over to TrboWest. Probably just keeping it on to save licenses.

155.355 (192.8)- "Medic Control"
406.1375- MotoTRBO- VA Hospital?
460.625 (103.5)- EMS dispatch in Stevenson, WA
464.3375 (77.0)- Sounds like an airline at PDX.
459.200 (CSQ)- Two tow truck drivers bitching, no corresponding output on 454.200....PIRACY!

406.1375 I can confirm is the VA...they are interconnected with Portland and Vancouver's radio system as well.

460.625 is Skamaina EMS Dispatch.

Mall 205:

467.7500 D115 Target Channel 1
467.8500 D306 Target AP
467.8500 D654 Bed Bath & Beyond
467.9250 D155 Target Channel 3

Looks like this Home Depot doesn't use radios.

Mall security carries what looks like a Nokia 3310.

Hood River area:

155.910 (192.8)- LE dispatch, lots of silly "12-codes".
153.845 (146.2)- Input to 155.910
156.090 (192.8)- More LE dispatch traffic, Hood River addresses
154.130 (162.2)- EMS traffic, an ambulance was returned to quarters, caller cancelled.

My wife used to work the Cricket store next to the security office there. G4S is who the mall uses, they have a phone instead of a radio as their previous contractor, I think it was Cascade Enforcement, required all tenants to call their dispatch to get the dedicated officer to respond. So to remedy that, the G4S officer has a phone that everyone can call directly...imagine that :P

PDX TSA
As previously mentioned by Chris, I think, PDX TSA has moved over to some fine Relm radios at the checkpoints.

So far I've heard 168.9625 NAC B0 and169.3 NAC AF both encrypted.
