Well, it's back up. Not sure why it was off when you went by, but as of 7/11/13, the control channel was pounding away as usual. Only heard one user while I was in the area...

Not to be accused of necroposting here, but went by Umatilla today and the Umatilla Chemical Depot UHF trunked system is still on the air. Didn't see or hear any users or affiliations, but the control channel was on 408.1625 and still transmitting. The place does look pretty empty now, but no one unplugged the radio system yet...

Heh why does that not surprise me. I drove by there in May but forgot to check them. I was too busy tracking new IWN sites.
