When I was a cop I was placed on light duty because of an injury.
During this time I got to answer 911 calls and do other radio room duties.
People DO call about stray dogs, or to tell thier half of a road rage, or someone failing to signal while driving across the Tacoma Narrows.
Someone called once to report his nieghbor was mowing his grass (daytime).
I have more respect for those who perform dispatch/ call taking duties.
911 is for emergencies, not for those who are bored and have roll over minutes on thier cell.
