I'm selling my Bearcat 396T because I just don't have time for it. It is in mint condition and used a total of less then 10 hrs. I have all the original accessories including box and a custom fitted yellow Pelican hardcase. I purchased new from ScannerMasters in August for Seafair. It decodes APCO 25 great and tried it out on the Colorado State wide 9600 baud P25 TRS and worked great.
