Radio is used but the display is good and bright and has matching tags. The radio does show some very minor signs of use but nothing that affects performance. Last programmed with KPG-89D software, so it will do narrowband and wideband. Radio will include KNB-33L battery, KSC-32 desktop charger, belt clip, whip antenna and well used KMC-25 speaker mic. Free basic programming is available. Asking $215 shipped.
