I am putting up my 296 up for sale. It comes with charger, battery, antenna, software, programming cable, manual, and original box. I want to move up to the 396, but need to sell this one first. It is less than a year old and in excellent condition. I am asking for $350 or best offer. I will only take cash for it and will only deal in person, as I recently got burned bad over an internet deal. I am located in SW Washington, but am willing to drive and meet someone half-way. I will be up in the Puget Sound region this weekend and could meet someone in that area as well while I am there.
