If you haven't seen the site at "long-lines.net" it is filled with interesting stuff.

Scroll down to "Places and Routes" to look by state.

A friend of mine owns Mt. Rose, the highest site on the first route AT&T did in 1951.

We have a bunch of ham stuff up there with antennas at 10,200.

I love that cold war stuff.

Echo-Fox Those were the days of listen to some interesting shit. I always loved hearing Crown come on the line. My fav was Queen Eliz saying goodby to Pres Regan. I only recorded the Crown side as I had just moved to PT. Queen was getting off AF 2 at Boeing field to get on to her boat to leave the country. I also have Clinton flying over from VanBC to LA
