I would like to add a VHF air audio feed for Lake Havasu City Municipal Airport (KHII). It's a general aviation airport as well as a refueling station for military aircraft. There's always a lot going on in the airspace above the city. Can someone point me in the right direction for my request?

Sorry for the delay in my response. I have a Bearcat 125AT scanner as my audio source, connected to a 1/2 wave dipole indoor antenna.

Do you have a computer or device (like a Raspberry Pi) that can be dedicated to encoding the audio ?

Yes, my desktop computer can be used for that purpose. I have audio Y cables from Radio Shack.

My desktop computer can encode the audio. I have a feed set up on toolshed: https://www.toolshed.com/listen/feed/32737. Can I still provide a stream for your database using the same sound card?
