127.05 is a Low/High altitude control freq for sector 31 at the Beacon Hill and Ft. Lawton RCAG. And yes I was too lazy to put it in the Intercept database where it should be. zseartcc.org is a simulator site so perhaps they aren't 100% in line with reality. If you have the time (like a lot of it), ATC sectors can usually be figured out by listening to the handoffs however it gets a little dicey when they merge sectors and simulcast.
Edit: 127.05 is also at the Badger Mt. RCAG which makes sense as sector 31 covers both sides of the mountains:
