I believe the old policy was that on Jan 1, 2020 that all aircraft were to be using ADS-B no matter what. Obviously someone noticed that we scanner bunnies are pretty smart and realize the old policy was not well-thought out. |

My worry is that certain pilots will try to use the ADS-B locations they see as radar.. Lazy types. ADS-B and VFR till they can't or shouldn't have. |
