Apparently it's to be a 700/800 P25 phase 2 TRS. There's a 650 page pdf copy of the contract available online from LVMPD.

FYI
LVMPD 700mhz P25 P2 system sounds great
DEATH TO DESERT SKY!!!!
Listened to it a bit last fall when I was in vegas on the bcd436hp...just hope the don't go enc anytime soon
