OK, I hafta fly to Reno on business this week, does anyone know if they're trunked yet? Last time I was there RPD was still UHF. And NHP was on that VHF TRS, what happened there? The rest of the week I'll be on the road, San Berdoo, CA and Pomona, then to Ontario, CA. Any freq suggestions?

TIA

Don't feel bad if you can't use your STD100/200; there are still people using Digital Frequency Search!

Was just through there......
Reno is trunked so is carson city and NHP.

The system they use, I cant recall the type... but ocassionally you hear.
only one side of the converstation, the other side are beeps.

There is also some conventional ussage in the area as well. I was using the new uniden scanner that scans all freq's for the area. So I didnt have to program it.
