When did DuPont change their identifiers? I seem to remember them being the 42s, now they're the 49s. Also, is Buckley Dispatch now toning out on 159.09? I could swear I heard them on that freq the other day. |

Re: 159.090. The only agency I'm familar with on 159.090 is Spokane PD North. Not that it matters 300 miles away. |

Buckley may have snatched the freq after Enumclaw vacated it in favor of the TRS; it was the old EPD Primary. It's also used in Yakima County as an input to YCSO's 'Eagle' repeater on 155.535. Although I do have a note from 2003 in my files about rxing a fire dispatch in the Buckley area, I never confirmed it. |

159.09 is used by Buckley FD and others in the area as a working/tac channel. It's also used to dispatch Carbonado FD (173.8). Flash |

Talk about an "over worked" or "over used" frequency !!!! It's not that Ocean Shores PD uses 159.09 as input to 155.49 (R) or that Cowlitz County uses 159.09 as an input. They are not that close. But the WSP at Port Angeles is licensed to control 154.77 (R) and the WSP - Seattle -- is licensed to control 155.58 (R) as well as The Pierce County SO, Pierce County FPD # 2 - Lakewood, as well as both Enumclaw and Buckley. The 405 has less traffic at rush hour. |
