CAP no longer has Pri / Sec frequencies like they did in the 100.0 Analog days
once each repeater had it's own PL/NAC there was no more need of the Pri/Sec status'

Also, some Repeaters would activate on a DPL, to simulate the ole 100.0 where they could key-up a multitude of repeaters

160.7250 $301 - should be the Mount Constitution site DNET-36

148.1250 $4CE is the Seattle (West) Repeater
