A good reporter would ask the PD: Whatever happened to your NXDN system that would've prevented such unauthorized use instead of living in the 1980s with analog tech..?

The city of Bellingham likes to spend our money on bike lanes and electric buses.
Don't know why the don't use the NXDN system that the buses uses are on.
