Anyone have the lowdown on the new system / freqs? As of a few weeks ago, traffic was still heard on the legacy 451.8625 perimeter patrol, and 464.775 interior patrol channels. My assumption is that Brookfield Properties in conjunction with the crack (smoking) security subs, have assimilated to DMR.

Thanks,

-Marcus

Are you talking about Alderwood or Northgate? Northgate mall is on 464.775 and they went DMR a while ago.

Also Brookfield Properties doesn't have any FCC licenses for property in WA so they must contract out the security. Who's providing security at Alderwood? Looks like their security office is behind the Silver Safari store next to JC Penny on the first floor.

Looks like Universal Protection was the security provider but they got bought out by Allied Universal.

All I can find in a radius search.

Yeah, Alderwood Mall.... I've checked the ULS for Brookfield as well, with no joy.

Thanks.... Although per usual, the ULS is not loading. I'll try again later.

Looks like the correct license. I swore I searched for those frequencies and didn't see anything listed. Strange.

Looks like there was a license modification made last year to WQZT862, with the only addition being digital emission designators. None of the frequencies were changed, so I'm smelling DMR conventional. I'll attempt to verify within the next week or so.

Copied and confirmed DMR transmission this morning, as listed under WQZT862... The security officers now probably believe that their comms are encrypted.
