Did Skagit County revamp their fire dispatch frequencies?

Here is what I have
154.430 - County
154.265 - Tac2
154.235 - City (no longer in use?)
155.340 - HEAR
155.685 - MTV Fire Repeater (Tac3?)

I have heard responses directed to Tac3 and Tac4 - can anyone point me in the right direction?

If I'm not mistaken I think Tac 3 & 4 are HEAR and County Fire. Some days it seems all fire dispatches for all of Skagit Co. are simulcasted on all freqs. Good luck!
