I have a older gentleman who wants me to set up his BC15X for the city of Marysville,and I have some question 1.do I need to reband the scanner,and if I have to update the firmware what program would I use.and do i have to do anything with the band plan 1 and 2 Thanks |

15x is new enough that it doesn't need rebanding. Firmware Update: http://info.uniden.com/twiki/bin/view/U ... wareUpdate Yes you need to use a custom "reband" band plan for the King County 800 Mhz system. I believe SERS also needs that as well for Snohomish County. |
