I see in the frequency database that the city of sammamish contracts police services with king county, and that talk group 23152 is NKCPD, which covers Sammamish. Also, I see that the city of Samamish web site has a link to "king county sheriff police services".

Does Sammamish have it's own talk group ID, or is NKCPD still the one to listen to? So far I have not heard any Sammamish specific talk.

KCSO North (23152), Ocean units are Sammamish. There is nothing specific to Sammamish that I am aware of.

The above is correct. Sammamish contract units use KCSO north/Pct2 frequencies along with tac 2.

I am not getting a lot of traffic on 23152 but I am getting Ocean units on Redmond dispatch 18544.

Is that just a coincidence?

On Redmond Dispatch, the Ocean units are the cars covering the Overlake area of Redmond (around the Sears store). Nothing to do with KCSO.
