Heard my local cutter talking to their small boat on 157.15 this morning. CG has moved most of their comm's to their VHF P25 Nets. (138-151 162-174 406-420) and the vast majority is encrypted. Just like WSP, the only analog still around are the car-to-car freq's. I've heard other use of the old 157.075/125/15/175 as boat to boats on Elliott Bay over the last year.

They tend to be in the clear about 50% of the time on NET 150. NET 151 is 100% encrypted it seems. Their UHF channels also seem 100% encrypted.
