I'm not hearing TFD on VHF any more -- have they completely cut over to 800 mhz and shut down 154.130 and 154.295?

YUP, I haven't heard any VHF coms in a loooong time. I still have the 'ol TAC freqs loaded and ain't heard a thing.

If you haven't or are considering buying a trunking scanner be carefull what you buy. Rebanding is going to make a lot of scanners (trunking) worthless.

I'll be having a scanner burning party for the BC250d and the RAt Shack favs when the re-banding is complete....anyone want to join????

Thanks, but I'll past I have the BC246T scanner and that will not be a problem for me on the rebanding
