Unfortunately I do believe that this one has gone TRBO:

Quote:
Lacey PW 158.940

I can confirm however that these two are still valid:

Quote:
Thurston County Public Works Dept.:
453.975 (110.9)

Tumwater Public Works Snow Plows:
45.560 (88.5)

Never was able to find a good freq for Olympia though.

Pierce county public works is silent on the freqs you have listed. I have been trying to find someone who knows the new freqs......no luck so far. Seen some vehicles with short 3" or so antennas. They must have gone to the new 700-800 system.

In about 7 years of listening, I've nearly never heard Pierce County DPW on the radio; it seems 99% of their traffic is via cell phone.

If there are a bunch of them nearby, try 460.4875. It's one of their simplex channels, mostly used for flagging or paving stuff.

Also check 453.625. That used to be used exclusively at the Sprinker Rec Center on Pac Ave, but who knows, it may be in the channel lineup.

Hey I drove by a snow-plow guy late last night -- I guess they were deploying early to prepare for the snow. He had a ton of flashing yellow lights. I didn't even realize it was a snowplow until we were next to each other.

Are those guys on the KC Trunk? It was just a white truck with the snowplow attachment. I don't recall any markings on the body of the truck.

Were you in Bellevue or down in Pierce Co. Pierce County has all white trucks, to my knowledge Bellevue has orange.

no luck on the the frequencies above. have noted a couple of public works pick ups with the same new small antenna as the the sheriffs cars. must have moved to the new pierce co. 700-800 system

Though I heard a burst of that here or there. Sounds local just from being p25.

It's a FCC-registered frequency for WSP but not for P25 technically. Might be doing some testing..?

Unless I miss my guess from 3000 miles away, 151.115 is the input to 154.680.
