I'm from camas wa listening Vancouver conventional p25 154.680 D50
but cant get the rest of dist 5 how can I get lewis and Cowlitz

I have them in my 651 rs isn't recisveing any thing
how do I fix in the radio

Location is everything in this scenario. When I was down there last my mobile radio would not pick the adjacent districts up just a few miles out. They have turned their power down to try and mitigate the multipath. So without putting up a really tall receive antenna your probably out of luck.
