I have been hearing on some of the normal dispatching channels Officers Requesting to go to NorthWest tac channel, or SouthWest. Anyone tracking the possibility of new channels? I run 2 scanners Simultaneous. BCD396XT setup for ONLY Seattle Simulcast and ONLY for Seattle Police, and my BCD436HP on a custom Favorites list with other agencies i wanna follow. I am only set to ID SCAN not search. |

Last night, SPD Dispatch was asking Guardian 1 if they had the new template in their radio. Apparently they didn't. Sounds like existing TGs got repurposed. |

Yep, SFD and SPD have revamped their Zone/Channel alignments during "Rebanding Second Touch". Some Talkgroups have been moved around and renamed. Most notably WTAC, NTAC, STAC, and ETAC are gone. WTAC has become PTAC. NTAC has become NW, STAC has become SW, and ETAC has been eliminated. |

Anybody in Seattle have the new numbers/names for SPD and SFD? I can copy them to the database. |
