Anyone had any experiece with the Grove or Antenna Warehouse model?

Moving to this RF hellhole of Orting has made me appreciate the Jungle of Tacoma that I once lived!

Orting made me give up my HAM radio adventure and living in a new neighborhood with the O' so wonderful home owners association has made attic mounting a must. HF is just not possible out here even with an external antenna (raised it up at night)

So now I'm back to scanning and the Tacoma trunk is very scratchy.

I do find it funny how clear the Seattle side of the State Patrol is coming in. (Yes I understand the frequency difference, but DISTANCE is also a consideration)
