It is working just fine. You need to be within a couple of blocks for it to work. The radiation pattern is very tightly controlled because of issues with Canada. There's only a few boring talkgroups on the site anyway. |

If you're talking about the site at the RJC in Kent, you'll rarely hear it outside the building by design. It's intent is to only cover the jail portion of the building. The rest of the facility uses a in building amplifier on the simulcast system. Same type of boring talkgroups there too. |
