Somebody's using VTAC11 with a 136.5 tone... sounds like ESAR or CAP. They were talking about camping and breakfast and other important interoperability stuff. |

That would have been ESAR. There was a training scenario on Rattlesnake this weekend, and staff was using that one (Well, actually a portable repeater on VTAC36, which repeats on the same frequency used for simplex VTAC11). KCSO F2 and 145.11 were used by the people going through it. |
