Seattle City Light seems to have completed it's rebanding. Frequency 851.2875 is still in use. However 807.0375; 807.7875; 808.5375; 852.0375; 852.7875; and 853.5375 are no longer in use. New FB2 freqs are 851.5875; 851.8625; and 852.3625. Emission is now 16K0F3E instead of 20K0F3E. 851.5875 is ID'ing as WNNR521 and voice coms have been heard on it. Kerwin |

851.2875 851.5875 852.3625 are all D032 and IDing WNNR521. 851.8625 is part of 3D1C. |
