Question for the radio professionals...

Sammamish High School has gone major remodeling this past summer. They have one large building with what looks like a single folded dipole array on the roof.

BSD doesn't have any licenses that correspond to this location (140th AVE SE and Main St) -- so would a school "sell" it's rooftop to a business that needs an antenna location?

I'll swing by there tomorrow and snap a few pictures...

It looks similar to this one but it had dipole elements on both sides (facing east and west) --
