I'm thinking of going to Tacoma this year for the Freedom Fest. Is Tacoma PD on a trunk system?

It's actually at JBLM this year. So you'll have more to listen to if you have a P25 scanner.

Or less. Military Police are fully encrypted now, and scuttlebutt I heard when I was down there a few weeks ago says that all talkgroups are eventually supposed to be encrypted, from commander's nets all the way down to the POL guys at GAAF.
