 Post subject: State Ops 2 and 5

FYI, this morning, I was getting (what sounded like) P25 bursts on State Ops 2 and 5. I have them in my scanner to detect analog or digital so not sure why they weren't picked up. The signal was fairly strong. Could have been other data?
