Updated map. Looks like there are a lot of small sites, every time I poke around, I find more.

Edit 201508 -removed map, see newer post.

I truly hope/wish Flash had copyrighted his findings (vis-à-vis his names for sites) for the info he's published, since it's now all been added to the "database" on the other site by mr KD7KDC.

This sort of thing is why I, among many others, no longer report radio-related findings here (except via PM).

I saw their new site at Norway Hill today. Cute antenna. No dishes. I assume fiber or copper backhaul

Thanks! I see two towers, but the shadow of the pole on the far south looks like the antenna's I've seen elsewhere.

Still need someone to find the transmitter for 217.88125, Puyallup-ish.

Have you checked the White River facility near Lake Tapps?

Yes, Lake Tapps is 5259, ch 075, and covers a nice large area.

Slightly updated. Would be nice if someone can pinpoint 5249 and/or 5251.

I remember seeing a huge pile of Rohn 25G tower sections and tapered top sections in a PSE parts yard and wondering what the heck the were doing with them. Now I know.....

Very active this morning with the wind storm around the region. Sounds like more "damage" than usual. Requesting a lot of supplies and even flaggers in some cases. Not a huge number of homes without power but a lot of smaller outages.

Is all the VHF and 900 stuff dead now? Time for some DB cleanup.

Someone is using 153.725/103.5, the other VHF channels seem quiet. Not sure about the 900, I'll listen when I get a chance.

The Columbia Center site is definitely gone.

I saw no VHF equipment at Baldi, and the VHF antennas at Green Mt in Kitsap are also missing.

I think the 900 antennas are still on Green.
