Anyone know what frequency Boeing FD Everett is dispatched on?

Boeing has their own trunk system and they are on a talk group 11248 11312 11376

They should be also using 154.34 along with the trunked system. The 154.34 is a private channel for use by Boeing FD throughout Puget Sound at each and every plant. They could also be patched into some other VHF channels: 153.08, 153.26 and 153.32.

Those are old VHF freqs that they used at one time. I dont think they use them anymore.I work at BOEING and have listen to the BOEING trunk system for about the last 4yrs

The Boeing radio shop says that they still use the VHF as a patch into the trunked systems - both 800 Mhz and UHF for "interoperability". Boeing Long Beach Plant -- Fire and Security still being repeated on 153.305 / 153.08 R -- and UHF. The FCC license for 153.08 has expired.

Since Whidbey Island Dispatch (ICOM) started using 154.340 for fire dispatch a couple of years ago, I haven't heard anyone else on it. Of course, I'm also decoding 100 hz PL, so if there are any co-channel users, I probably wouldn't hear them (unless they were TX'ing at the same time as ICOM, then I would hear the interference...but, haven't heard that yet).

I'll have to turn off the decoder and see what else I can hear on 154.340. Since the area of Sno County around the Boeing Everett plant has gone to their own 800mhz system, it may be that they don't need to use it anymore for patching.

Just speculation, though...

You may be correct about 154.34 and other VHF channels at Boeing in Everett. The FCC shows all VHF channels deleted. However -- 154.34 and 153.08 DO seem to be still in use within King County at Seattle, Renton, Kent and Auburn Boeing plants. Even the SFD is still licensed to talk to Boeing on 154.34. My contact at Boeing must have ment that they still use VHF in King County.

What is the name of this contact at Boeing?

That may be, MTM....there's enough of a geographic separation that 154.340 traffic in Seattle would not likely interfere with Island County operations, and vis-versa.

I'll just keep monitoring from here, and see what I hear.
