can anyone tell me what the control channel is for the east side of snohmish county i have control channel 868.3375 and 867.9375 but only south county comes up and evertt city

Correct...the only control channel you should be hearing for the Snohomish County Public Safety 800mhz system is 868.3375. That is the Phase 1 control channel. Phase 1 covers the I-5 corridor agencies from Marysville south to Edmonds/Lynnwood/MLT.

Phase 2 of the sysem is currently being built, and the control channel will probably be on the air later this year. I have no idea which of the published frequencies will be the control channel for Phase 2. Stay tuned for details...
