59103 by logic should be district 1 car 3, but don't have a way to confirm yet.

Anyone wanna shed some light or have any other observations?

They're not just Car-1/2/3/4 any more. In Dist2, they're Car-North -East -South. They started by saying "car 2 north" but lately just "car north" as the "2" is really district now. The analog channels still exist and should have their old names, so it would be sensible not to use numbers on the trunked channels. That said, I'm sure there are a bunch of tacs with numbers and maybe more.

206 is encrypted, shows up during crowd control events.

90% of my monitoring is on IWN, not 700, just an FYI. Due to system loading, not all TGs are available on IWN...

Encrypted TGs so far.... 700 site 02

331C
34A5
33BE
3481
3482

Interesting to note that all UIDs logged so far have been 750**** for WSP, but ALL the UIDs on the encrypted TGs have been different....

8471*** for 34A5 and 3534*** for 331C, 33BE has mx of 750**** and 8471***, 3481 and 3482 has 1342*** UIDs.

29840 has Seattle patrols traffic now. How long has this been going on (I just got in last night)?

I've seen it on BOFA and one other one (I didn't have a lot of interest at the time). ChrisP caught it down south in the Centralia area. It's only on the VHF side, not 700. I ran Pro96Com on Grass but it never showed up.

I was running Pro96Com, so not conventional.

Another user caught this TGID off Gold Mountain with multiple RIDs affiliating/TXing.

29840 found on one of the Kittitas area IWN sites (whichever has a NAC of 714)

31456 in the Yakima area (NAC of 718) seemed to carry traffic from all over central Washington. Traffic heard from Yakima and Colfax-area units.

IWN in Clallam county only had 2 TGs active during about a 2 hour monitoring session... USCG and CBP... So I don't think it's being used for WSP..Just an FYI...

Can someone confirm (thru sources or actual users) what radios the "Tom" units have in their vehicles..? They are NOT the same as the standard State Patrol VHF radios (which I presume are the APX8000...)
