Did the WA StateOps channels get changed due to rebanding? From 867 to 852?

Thanks Chris. Yeah it looks like it was mentioned in a few documents back in 2010. I'll punch both old and new sets in and see if I can get any activity. The document implies that the new frequencies will take effect in 2013. Reality suggests no earlier than 1/2014 though.

For a time down here in Oregon, while re-banding was in progress, they had repeaters on both the old NPSPAC channels and the new ITAC channels running in parallel, so you heard traffic on both the old and new frequencies. Eventually the old frequencies were shut down...

If I'm not mistaken State Ops channels are simplex and do not operate off a repeater, so you would have to be close to here what is going on.

Our radios in Redmond are still using the old frequencies.

Local FD here has StOps1 and StOps4 programmed in odd/even channels of an alternate bank to normal tac channels... if trunking doesn't cut it, flip the A-B-C switch and you're all on the same simplex channel. They also assign it as a working channel in the hot zone.

Interesting. 852.5375 is Kitsap Country Transit's repeater on Gold Mtn and is quite active. Not sure anyone would use this as a StateOps channel. Hmmm...
