Try Seattle Approach freqs 126.5 and 120.1. If they fly through McChord airspace they have to talk to the tower on 124.8. 123.05 is a Bremerton UNICOM freq also.

I have been trying to monitor the frequent airlift NW flights to Mary Bridge in Tacoma. I have 155.295, 129.825, and 867.5375 programmed ithout much luck. Some how in Seattle I had much better luck listening to AR NW and haborview. Am I missing any frequencies? The only other one I can think of adding is 123.05 which is what airnav.com lists as UNICOM for Mary Bridge. |

I don't think that the airlift helo talks to MB or for that matter any hospital, all reports go through MEDIC DOC OR TRAUMA Doc and tthen they talk to the spacific hhospital or Airlift Dispatch talks to the hospitals in LL |

Hey Mark, Try the MEDCOMM freq's. I know up here in Seattle they talk to the Medic One doctor or Trauma doctor on 463.000. Let me know if you would like them listed. Richard |

Good eyes Richard, I didn't notice the original post lacked 463.0 That's where all the action is - thats not on cell/Nextel. 99% of the time medical information (over med 1) is via Harborview's MedicDoc and TraumaDoc. The only time a local hospital would actuall talk to an AL helo would be for logistics and it is very rare. I'm not sure what it's called but the 'permission to land' is given over the phone(LL) between AL dispatch and the sending/receiving hospital. -m |
