Is there a scanner that well pick up track this system ?800 MHz EF Johnson/Transcrypt Multinet 2 trunked system It is the WDOT trunk system well the 796D track it?

Nope, no scanner can track it and I doubt that any scanner will ever be made to track it. There is supposedly a decoding program for Multinet but I haven't tried it yet. Otherwise you just need to conventionally scan the system, as much of a pain as that is.
