White River School District (Buckley, Enumclaw, Banjotown) had a big drill this morning; all the lockdown traffic and status checks were on their WRSD EMER repeater- 154.5475 (71.9).

Bunch of active shooter training on 7LAW81 this morning, somewhere in Pierce County.

Same traffic last few nights; training, but now on felony stops. All of the stop locations given are at 160th and Meridian (Puyallup), which is the closest intersection to the Pierce County Sheriff South Hill precinct.

Now they're doing training on how to run names through Records. One guy is acting as the Records RTO. He didn't seem too enthusiastic about it.

Especially if we knew what the talkgroups were used for.

USPS Bulk Mail Center/NDC in Federal Way:

407.9375 (S-1/CC-1/TG-1) Operations. No idea what was really going on; things seemed to be run by a woman with an Asian accent that I could barely understand. Inbound was calling Outbound, AP was calling E-3, etc. 4D called Outbound but 1-East answered, Sim called Inbound, etc etc (see audio file)

407.9375 (S-2/CC-1/TG-2) Seemed to be catch-all for mechanics, janitors, and people that the Asian woman wanted to yell at individually.

Sounds a lot like Postal Service comms in other locations as well - lots of yelling at various employees and the employees yelling back at the supervisors...

461.475 today. I have it in as Seattle University. I saw either CC-0 or CC-9, the only TGID was 10000 and everything was encrypted. Anyone seen that?

Co-located users include:

Action- analog/DMR/NXDN
CBRE- DMR
